Founded by brothers Robert and John Braithwaite in 1969 in England, Sunseeker International has worked its way up the ladder and is now one of the most recognised yachting brands in the world. 

Sunseeker International’s headquarters and main assembly facility are in Poole Harbour, Dorset, England. 

Since 2013, the company has been owned by Chinese conglomerate Dalian Wanda Group, and it is the largest UK-based luxury yacht manufacturer (based on 2012’s revenues).

• The company featured in the 2008 Sunday Times list Profit Track 100 of the most profitable non-listed companies.
• Sunseeker boats have featured in the James Bond film series. 
• A BBC Two documentary about the company, Britain’s Biggest Superyachts: Chasing Perfection, shows the build of the Sunseeker 131 yacht.

3. The 105 Yacht has won two of the world’s most prestigious accolades at the International Superyacht Design Awards. 
4. In 2010, Sunseeker celebrated its 50th anniversary, and the Sunseeker Predator 130 won at the World Superyacht Awards.
5. In 2015, Sunseeker celebrated the delivery of its 100th superyacht. 
6. In 2018 Sunseeker supported the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing Formula One Team at the Monaco Grand Prix.
